Evening Meals Options on Standard Tours. Sample Set Menus

All our standard tours are on B&B basis, including breakfast after an overnight train journey (if applicable). Please note, there are plenty of restaurants and cafes in Moscow and St. Petersburg catering for various cuisine and offering food that can suit all budgets. Your guide can give advice and help you find a suitable place to have dinner.

However if you prefer to have everything prearranged before departure and avoid looking for places to eat we are offering you evening meal options (set menus) in the hotels where you will be staying. Please view sample set menus below. Your dinners start from your arrival day.

Note: Hotel Petropalace 4* in St. Petersburg. Your meals will be served in a nearby restaurant “Gosti” located just 80 metres from the hotel. The restaurant serves delicious food in a warm friendly atmosphere (Gosti means “Guests” in Russian) resembling a typical Russian house.

DINNERS POLICY

Your pre-booked dinners are offered as set menus. It is not possible to choose or change dishes within your set menu. Any additional dishes can be ordered from a la carte menu at your own expense. Please find below sample set menus for dinners at the hotels. Your evening meal option will include one dish from each category. Please note that dishes do vary and your actual evening meal may be different.

Note on Russian cuisine: the traditional Russian diet is based on meat, chicken and potatoes. Please note that whilst the hotels offer a vegetarian option and every effort is made to accommodate your request, the choice and variety of dishes cannot always be guaranteed, and we ask you to be flexible. Please advise at time of booking and on our booking form if you are a vegetarian.
