Russian, Chinese, Mongolian and Belarus Visas.

Most nationalities traveling to Russia, China, Mongolia, and Belarus require a visa issued by the appropriate consular departments for entry. But don’t worry—we’re here to help!

We have an in-house visa department, and regardless of your location or biometric requirements, our visa specialists will review your application forms before they are submitted to the consulate and advise you on any necessary changes. We ensure that your application forms are completed correctly according to the relevant authorities' guidelines. Additionally, we will provide all the required visa support documents.

After your booking, our visa department will explain the detailed procedure for each visa needed for your trip. In short, you will fill out the visa forms (most are now online) based on our guidance, and we will review them and prepare your application package for consular submission.

Please note that some consulates outside the USA (such as the Russian consulate in the UK and Chinese consulates in various countries) have now implemented biometric requirements, meaning you will need to visit the local visa center in person to provide your fingerprints.

There are different timeframes when you can submit your application starting from 6 months to 2 months before your trip. Do not submit your application earlier than the indicated timeframe, your application will not be accepted by the consulate. Please do not worry, there is enough time to process your applications as standard before your trip, even if you need three visas (Russia, Mongolia and China). If you are based in a different country where we do not have visa offices (outside USA, UK, Germany, France, Spain) you will need to apply for your visas at your local consulates. We will provide the official confirmations required for your visas.
