Overview

MS Lev Tolstoy is a smart four-deck vessel named after a literary great and with an enviable history. Constructed in Austria in 1979, this ship was originally built to serve and transport high-ranking Kremlin officials and foreign dignitaries. Today, the ship’s elegant public areas on board reflect this. It can be compared to a 4* hotel in terms of facilities and service quality – there is a smart piano bar, a swimming pool with its sliding sunroof and all cabins are face outwards.

Refurbished in 2012, the Ms Lev Tolstoy is still one of the top ships in Russia, with luxurious decor, well-appointed cabins, elegant public areas and wide circular stairs. The Tolstoy accommodates 160 guests, versus 200 - 300 on other ships of similar size – this means a more intimate and luxurious atmosphere for all.

Ship Facilities

On board you will find two cozy bars (one with swimming pool), a restaurant, reading salon, music lounge, TV room, souvenir shop, beauty salon, sauna and a conference room on the sun deck. Laundry and medical service are also available.

The MS Lev Tolstoy offers double, single and triple accommodation in air-conditioned cabins with private facilities, 220V sockets, a picture window and a radio.
